Day 1 – Arrival in Marrakech
Upon arrival at Marrakech airport, you will be welcomed by your driver and transferred to your hotel or riad. Enjoy free time to relax or explore the famous Jemaa el-Fna square in the evening. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 2 – Full-Day Guided Tour of Marrakech
Meet your local guide for a full-day tour of Marrakech. Visit the Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs and the Ben Youssef Madrasa. Explore the vibrant souks and discover hidden corners of the city. In the afternoon, visit the Majorelle Garden and the Yves Saint Laurent Museum. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 3 – Marrakech → Ait Ben Haddou → Ouarzazate → Dades Valley (≈ 320 km)
After breakfast, travel through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka pass (2,260 m), with scenic stops along the way. Visit Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site and famous filming location. After lunch, continue to Ouarzazate, then drive through the Skoura palm grove and the Rose Valley to the Dades Valley. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4 – Dades Valley → Todra Gorge → Merzouga (≈ 290 km)
After breakfast, visit Todra Gorge, a spectacular canyon with towering rock walls. Continue through Erfoud, known for its fossils, to Merzouga. Enjoy a camel ride across the dunes at sunset and arrive at your desert camp for dinner, music and an unforgettable night under the stars.
Day 5 – Merzouga Desert Exploration
After breakfast, explore the Merzouga area, visit local communities and discover traditional desert life. In the afternoon, enjoy another camel ride across the dunes. Second night in the desert camp, with dinner and breakfast included.
Day 6 – Merzouga → Rissani → Draa Valley → Ouarzazate (≈ 410 km)
Wake up early to watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast and a shower, visit the local market of Rissani. Continue through Alnif and N’Kob to the Draa Valley, famous for its palm groves, and arrive in Ouarzazate. Overnight in Ouarzazate.
Day 7 – Ouarzazate → High Atlas → Marrakech (≈ 200 km)
After breakfast, visit the Taourirt Kasbah before heading back to Marrakech through the High Atlas Mountains, with scenic stops along the way. Arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon. Overnight in Marrakech.
Day 8 – Departure from Marrakech
Depending on your flight time, transfer to Marrakech airport. End of our services.
